SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

As most items are made to order, time from order to delivery will vary depending on the complexity of the item ordered. All items are shipped via USPS unless other shipping arrangements are made. Expedited orders service is available for an additonal fee. All items are insured and registered for their full value. All deliveries must be made to physical business or home address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Any order over $250.00 will require an adult signature. Any order over $50 receives free shipping

Jewelry by Jemelle is committed to delivering your order timely. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Under these circumstances, shipping fees are non-refundable.

An alternate shipping method maybe used when deemed necessary to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Jewelry by Jemelle within 10 days of receiving your tracking number.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact me right away if you need to return an item. Most items can be returned for refund or exchange (usually less the shipping charges) if they are shipped back within 14 days of delivery in undamaged condition. "Undamaged condition" includes lack of odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.

Please include your name and return address inside the package when returning. No refunds will be processed until the returned item arrives back to me. There will be no refunds on CUSTOM orders. I will personally work with you to make you happy. Buyer is responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. I cannont refund if the item is not received back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost

Each item is carefully handcrafted with the highest quality materials and inspected before shipping. Therefore, refunds are only given if the returned item is in undamaged condition and has not been worn. Exceptions will be made in the unlikely event that an item is damaged upon receipt.
